(2)一位或一位以上董事股东，所有股东必须超过18岁（无国籍限制）；

(4)注册资本最低为10000元港币，无须验资。但必须支付千份之一的注册资本厘印税。如：注册资本为100万的公司，必须交付港币1000元的一次性印花税金；
