购买空壳公司是否存在风险？
空壳公司的运用在大部分国家，例如香港，新加坡，英国，美国和开曼群岛等地，都极为普遍，而在绝大部分的情况下都不会有风险。通常，现成公司在出售前是不会委任任何的董事，因此公司也就没有权力开展业务，因此不会有潜在的风险。而且，客户在购买空壳公司时，咨询服务机构会签发担保书，证明该公司在股份转名前是完全没有活动的, 咨询服务机构也担保为转名日期前的所有事情负上责任。因此，客户不用担心任何潜在的责任。
